Owner and head of Lengyel Tünde Law Office, founded in 2013, has nearly 15 years of professional experience in construction and real estate law, business law and civil litigation.

Dr. Tünde Lengyel graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged in 2008. From 2009 to 2010 she was a trainee lawyer at Bozzay & Partners Law Office, which mainly has clients based in the US and the UK, continued at Kun & Partner Law Office from 2010 to 2013, where after passing the bar exams she worked as a partner from 2013 to 2020. Since then, she has been practicing law as an independent lawyer, exclusively at Lengyel Tünde Law Office, with a permanently expanding team of experts, which currently consists of two cooperating lawyers, two trainee lawyers and one office manager.

Member of the Budapest Bar Association. She provides legal services in English as well.

Dr. Tünde Lengyel’s primary areas of expertise are construction law and real estate law, areas in which she has a deep understanding and up-to-date practical knowledge. She has experience in the legal management of a number of successful industrial and residential construction projects, both in terms of project contracting and the drafting of sales, purchase and sale and lease contracts. Her clients include not only developers, but also contractors, architects, designers, technical inspectors and companies involved in the preparation of energy performance certificates for buildings. She often represents not only companies but also individuals in the purchase, sale or lease of land, second-hand or new-build apartments and houses. She also has considerable experience in conducting civil litigation arising from construction and real estate disputes and, in order to avoid them, in the cost and time efficient handling of various alternative dispute resolution procedures. In addition, she believes in long-term partnerships, whereby she provides her clients with permanent civil and commercial legal representation and supports the successful functioning of the management by solving day-to-day legal problems.

Her motto, which helps her to find creative and tailored solutions, and expresses her belief and experience that the essence of her work as a lawyer is to draft a contract that serves the client: “A good contract works for us, not the other way around.“
